  1. We had a wonderful stay, Nicholas is a fantastic host, very professional, responsive and helpful. The property is beautifully renovated with designer decor and the yard and pool are an added bonus. As well, the neighborhood is quiet with plenty to do. The location is perfect, 4 min walk to the tram for shopping, restaurants and the city center in less than 10 min. We did not have a car and were very happy we didn’t, the metro system for Bordeaux is easy to use, modern and very reliable. We had a number of Chateau tastings arranged and the drivers were able to gather us from the house - for sure you don’t want to be driving to these. We have stayed in a number of AirB&B’s around the world and this is one of the unique propertys that balances location, things to do and convenience’s very well. When we return we will definitely be staying here.

  5. Exactly as beautiful as the pictures! Everything was clean well planned out. Location is great, a 3-5 minute walk to tram which goes right to downtown and to train station. Beds were not the most comfortable and air conditioners made some serious noise at night that made them unusable. But pool was wonderful and clean, outside space was beautifully landscaped and our family of 6 had more than enough space. Nicholas was also very responsive and helped us solve some issues that we had a check in- he went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed.

  9. From start to finish a real great holiday, great access to the centre via tram stop only being a 5min walk away. Contact with host was clear and precise. The only judgment was lack of AC but the house was very lovable and liveable without it.
