   On a passé 3 jours dans cet appartement super sympa en bien situé au milieu du centre touristique. Le propriétaire avait tout prévu pour un petit déjeuner le premier matin ce qu’on a fort apprécié. Excellent accueil et service!

   Très bonne localisation, l'appartement est situé dans l'hyper centre près d'une place animée. Il est grand, décoré avec goût et parfaitement équipé. Petit plus on y est bien accueilli. Je recommande vivement :-)

   L'appartement est plein de charme, décoré avec goût. Le quartier est très agréable, avec accès aux quais, aux transports, aux boutiques, aux restaurants. Le service de conciergerie est tout simplement au top. Attention, seule la chambre sur cour peut être utilisée. Celle qui donne sur la rue est charmante mais elle fait ace à un bar/boîte de nuit, et le brouhaha des gens qui attendent de pouvoir rentrer, des videurs, et de ceux qui fument sous les fenêtres entre 2 et 5h rend le sommeil compliqué, même fenêtres fermées. Et quand il fait 30 degrés, c'est un peu frustrant de ne pas pouvoir ouvrir...

    We arrived on a late flight, so no one was able to meet us at the apartment, but key information for lock box was provided. No elevator, so expect to carry suitcases up two levels of winding spiral staircase. There was no information booklet provided in the apartment, and we couldn't find a wifi password, so were unable to get in touch with the contact until we had to turn our data roaming on to send a message. There were no instructions for using the washing machine and it was only that we met the owner that she was able to explain how to use the machine. Apartment was spacious and centrally located, but expect some street noise every night from young people partying in the street below. Shower over the bath had good pressure and hot water, but there was no shower screen, so if standing in the shower, water went over the bath onto the floor & only way to avoid this was to sit in the bath to shower. overall, a good choice for two or four people, but a few items to review that would make it a little easier for future guests - instruction manual with wifi info & appliance instructions would be very useful.

    The location is excellent. The apartment is very close to many sights, cafes and bars, and within walking distance from most of the city's attractions. The apartment itself is very cosy and the staff very welcoming. I wish I'd stayed there longer!

    Les propriétaires était joignable à tout moment et et laissait très clair instruction pour accéder l’appartement. L’appartement est situé dans le centre de la ville’ Nous pensions que l’appartement était un peu vieux décor d’après les photos mais ce n’est pas le cas en faite le décor est rétro et très confortable. Nous n’avons aucune hésitation à recommender cette appartement.

    Nice apartment in nice part of town. No TV though so if you have children who like a bit of TV in the morning this is a bit tricky. Was asked on the booking email to email the person named with our arrival times. I did this a few days before arriving but had no response. Another person who we had no prior contact with then contacted us via WhatsApp on the day of arrival and asked for our arrival times so I had to copy and paste the email already sent, which seemed a bit pointless. We also thought the apartment staff could book us a taxi, as confirmed in booking email, but when we asked for this service we were just given an Uber taxi number and no booking was made on our behalf. Apart from minor communication issues a nice apartment.

    A group of 3 of us had a 4 night stay during the Rugby World Cup. The apartment was in an excellent location with shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment was in great condition and would definitely recommend.

    Apartamento con ubicación excelente y con detalles como gel, champú, sal, zumo .. que son muy agradables y marcan la diferencia. Limpio y bonito, muy contentos de haber elegido este apartamento para pasar unos días en Burdeos. Como observación, colocaría una mampara en la bañera.

    A beautiful apartment in the heart of a thriving area of Bordeaux. Close to all the sights and bars. The apartment was very clean and well looked after, we loved the small touches of kindness with tea, coffee, juice, milk and croissants bring left for our first morning. Clear communication from the team about how to enter the apartment on arrival (late at night). Some noise from the local bars at night but only a problem if you like to go to bed early. Only stairs to enter so watch out if that would be a challenge for you. We loved the apartment and it was perfect for us.
