   L’appartement est tres bel et propreet l’emplacement et parfait. Il a beaucoup des utensiles a la cuisine. Dommage que les petits détails comme il n'y a pas de placards, que la douche n'ait pas de porte ou que l'oreiller soit très inconfortable font que le prix n'est pas justifié. Avec ces détails, l'appartement serait parfait.

   This loft apartment is exactly as the photos show, top of a winding stair, eves not really usable, beams are low. There is no aircon which in 38 degrees was challenging but otherwise 2 roof windows and a side window which when opened looks directly onto neighbours window. Bathroom could do with the improvement that was suggested in other reviews, shower door or curtain, more Toiletries would be nice & a mirror elsewhere too. Having said all that, we 3 made the most of it as the price was good for July & the location was spot on. If management improve on the recommendations this could be a gem.

   Location was excellent!! I loved that part of the city. However, I had the following issues: - The apartment is well-decorated, but, because it is an attic with low ceilings, you basically cannot stand in about 50% of the space, including the bathroom. A tall person would essentially not fit in the apartment. - The shower did not have a door to close it, - it was completely open - which meant that water easily got out onto the floor. Showering was uncomfortable. - The building has no area to leave baggage, and the host could not accommodate me, so I had to carry my luggage all around the city my last day. - I was only given a light sheet as a blanket for the bed, so I was sometimes cold at night. - I was asked to strip the bed of the sheets after my stay, which I’ve never had to do before. - Coffee filters and tea were provided, along with a coffee machine, but there was no coffee. I think this could have been something easy to provide. - The apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator, so that can be difficult.

    Quirky apartment up a spiral stone staircase, nestled in the eaves (remember to duck if you are tall) of an old building. It is in a quiet side street but still handy for sightseeing along with plenty of places to eat and drink. Would stay hear again.

    Overall, it’s a good place but mainly for younger people. The ceiling height and the mattress on the floor is not the most comfortable thing ever. Location is great. Breakfast is poor, should be advertised as “snacks and juice” sort of thing. General cleaning could be a little better (sheets, dust). The place is pretty warm though, that was good!!

    We spent a great long weekend in the apartment, with speedy check in and great hosts. The apartment was in a great location and had everything in a near vicinity. The owners were thankfully very understanding when we had a late flight home and let us stay until we required. I would definitely stay here again!

    Excellent location at the center of Bordeaux . Clean and cozy apartment . Wonderful for 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 or 2 children, but not for 4 adults as there is just one big bedroom and 2 mattresses in the floor in a small area of the loft No wardrobe in the apartment

    Perfect for a getaway during the weekend! The apartment, although is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, it is not a hard task to go up the stairs. Very close to everything, a lot of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and places to visit. Nicola and Fatima were very helpful, the late check in was a blessing and Fatima, during our accommodation, made sure that we had everything that we needed. For cold days, maybe a few extra blankets but when we sort out the AC situation the house was always warm and cozy! 10/10 would recommend this airbnb, don't miss out on this one!

    The apartment was excellent, just like the pictures. Everything was very clean and beautiful. It has a very good location as it is walking distance to all of the places that we visited. The host was very warm and welcoming, always available for us via WhatsApp. Highly recommended.

    Très bon emplacement pour ce studio, le logement n’est pas grand mais l’aménagement est vraiment bien optimisé !! Une climatisation est à notre disposition et heureusement car elle est indispensable ! Seuls petits points à revoir, le tuyau et pommeau de douche sont à changer et un miroir plus grand serait le bienvenu! Sinon tout était parfait!!

    What holds this property up is the location. Fab location. Shower broken, took over 24hours and numerous messages for someone to come fix it. The shower curtain was being held up by a sanitary towel. There was holes in the rug as you came in the front door which we all trip over at some point including my small children. Plugs coming out the wall when taking plugs in and out - safety hazard especially with small children. When we left we tidied and took all of our rubbish away. There was no cleaning stuff left like hoover or brushes so we were unable to clean crumbs etc but part of our price included a cleaning fee. I wish we had taken a video of the apartment when we left as the host is now trying to charge us for a chair that has damage on it that was absolutely not us. This was reported days after we left and not at the time of departure. Hind sight is a great thing and I will not be stung by this in the future.
