   We were the first tenants to stay at Nicolas's place and it was really beautiful. It is in a prime spot. No parking but there is a parkade across the street and parking on street if you are lucky. Right in the heart of Bordeaux old town and easy to get out to surroundings with a car. Fatima is the contact person - not Nicolas - and she is amazing! Really super helpful and lovely to deal with. Definitely recommend it! Lana

   This place was perfection! The new remodel was out of a magazine with a gorgeous design. The amenities were that of a luxury hotel. Everything was comfortable and they paid attention to every detail. We wanted to move in! Beyond the apartment, the location was close to everything, near all the sights and restaurants. I can’t imagine staying anywhere better.

   Amazing place, highly recommend. The apartment has central air conditioning, 2 bedrooms with a king size bed in each, and 2 bathrooms with high end finishes features. The design is beautiful and the amenities are top notch. The kitchen is fully stocked with more than what you will need. The location is quite, yet in heart of Bordeaux. Supermarket, train station, restaurants and monuments within walking distance. Located on the second floor with stairs. Concierge Fatima goes above and beyond with recommendation, quick to answer questions and always available.

L'appartement de toute beauté et équipé plus que confortablement. La literie les équipements les produits d'hygiène, d'épicerie mis à disposition, jusquaux toilettes japonaises etaient incroyables ! La communication avec notre hôte et ses précieux conseils nous ont facilité notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement aux prestations très rares.

    This apartment was the perfect base for our 5day stay with our 1 year old baby. It is the best of both worlds in a number of ways. On a quiet street but right in the heart of bustling old Bordeaux, with great restaurants, landmarks, parks, and shopping right around the corner. The unit is in a historic building, but has been recently renovated., so you get a romantic classical feel (high ceilings, nice decorative touches) with modern amenities and design (kitchen and bathrooms were modern, central AC, and handy door locking system which used a code). The unit came fully stocked with the essentials and you could have hosted a full dinner party given all the appliances and equipment in the kitchen. Fatima was an excellent concierge and very responsive in addressing our questions. As parents on vacation it was so nice that so much baby equipment was provided upon request (crib, bath and high chair). Would absolutely recommend.

    This is a stunning apartment which is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beds are extremely comfortable and the bathrooms are beautiful. Fatima, the concierge, was very helpful and made sure we had settled in well. She very kindly left a bottle of champagne as we were celebrating a milestone birthday.

    This is a great apartment! The location is amazing, in downtown Bordeaux, with great dining and shopping at walking distance. It is near the subway, so you can go anywhere.     A terrific apartment in a fantastic location. It’s lovely inside, decorated to a really high standard, and has all the amenities you’d need. It’s very quiet for such a central location and overall was great! Fatima liaised with us for our stay and was she was especially brilliant - really accommodating and alway responding super quickly.     We and a fantastic stay at Nicolas’ listing. The apartment is beautiful and well appointed. The kitchen had all the appliances and cookware you might need and the Nespresso coffee was great for a morning cup. We communicated with Fatima - she was great with very clear instructions and was very responsive. The location is also really convenient and is within a few minutes of all the major Bordeaux attractions. Would highly recommend it!!

My friend and I had a lot of planned activities in Bordeaux but by the moment we've arrived in the apartment, all of those were thrown outside the window as we both decided to stay in for the rest of the day. We briefly went out to get some food supplies from Carrefour which was within walking distance and had a very fun time cooking together in Nicolas' well equipped kitchen (what a dreamy kitchen!) and enjoying food in the beautiful dining room, and watched TV in the very spacious living room. The rooms were huge and the whole apartment smelled nice. I'm totally gushing as I'm writing this review because we were extremely impressed by everything that the Airbnb offered. The starry bathroom ceiling was an excellent touch! Even the curtains were so lush! Anyway, I'm planning another trip back to Bordeaux just to stay here again :) Totally understand how Nicolas was rated as a Superhost!

    Our stay was comfortable, walkable to shops and restaurants. There was lots to see and do. The apartment was spacious with a well equipped kitchen. It also had a dishwasher and a washing machine. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were modern. Fatima was very accommodating and friendly. We would definitely recommend this place and would come again.

    Nicolas was easy to communicate with and flexible with check in which was super nice after our red eye flights! The apartment is beautiful and extremely comfortable for a group of two couples. We even cooked dinner and the kitchen is extremely well stocked. But the highlight of this beautiful apartment is the location. Everything you want to see is right outside your door and any shop you might need is an easy walk.

    Great apartment close to all shops and restaurants…. Walking distance. I was so lucky I could find an off the street carpark right in front the apartment…..a place so amazingly decorated. Great beds and both bedrooms have ensuite and a fully equipped kitchen. Thank you Nicolas and team for your hospitality. We had a great stay. We’re hoping to come back again in the near future.

    My Wife and I spent a lovely week in the apartment in February. The location is central and perfect for exploring Bordeaux. You are spoilt for choice with amazing restaurants and wine bars within a 5min walk. The apartment was incredibly well appointed with everything you could need to make a home cooked meal and the space itself is very peaceful. The communication from start to finish was great, help was always a quick message away if needed and they checked in on us during our stay to make sure we didn’t want for anything. I would 100% recommend booking here for a real home from home experience.

    Wonderful stay with 2 couples at this property. Fantastic location, spacious, and very well furnished. I was able to conduct business calls via the wi-fi and the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need for an extended stay.     Gorgeous apartment in the historical centre. Everything was within a few short minutes walk (sights / restaurants / river bank / shops). The only minor point to note is that the apartment only has one toilet (but this wasn’t a problem) and no lift (2nd floor) which, if traveling with a baby requires a little effort to bring up the pram - however it’s a very secure building and you have the option to park the pram on the ground floor. Overall, loved it and would highly recommend.

    Absolutely beautiful place in Bordeaux. Very close to amazing shops/restaurants/markets, easy for cooking your own French meals at home. Loved everything about this stay - but it is worth noting that there is only 1 toilet/water closet. There are 2 showers/bathrooms in the rooms, but a shared water closet in the hall.
