   Le logement est très bien placé, en plein centre de Bordeaux, c’est agréable pour visiter la ville à pied . Équipements puériculture disponible si besoin . Malheureusement la machine à laver n’était pas fonctionnel lors de notre séjour , un peu contraignant étant donné que nous étions avec un bébé .

   Notre séjour à Bordeaux s’est très bien passé. Le logement proposé par Nicolas était conforme aux photos. Tout était propre et rangé. L’emplacement est très pratique. L’appartement se trouve en plein centre et permet de faire pas mal de choses à pieds. Je recommande fortement !!

   Appartement hyper centre avec ses avantages et ses défauts. Nuisance sonore avec parquet des voisins du dessus. Pas de bouquets français sur la TV, juste des applications dont la plus grande majorité sont bloquées. Si voiture, impossible de trouver une place de parking en dehors du parking souterrain, à 18€ la nuit. Sinon Appartement, confortable qui correspond au descriptif. Bonne literie, on voit aussi que l'appartement a été refait récemment.

    Point positif, appartement hyper centre. Équipements en rapport avec le descriptif. Point négatif, si vous êtes en voiture, très compliqué de se garer en dehors du parking souterrain très proche (18 € pour la nuit). TV pas de bouquets français, que des applications avec de vieilles séries films ou émissions. Le Parquet des voisins du dessus craque énormément ...on a l'impression qu'ils marchent dans l'appartement.

    The two of us had a wonderful stay here! The location was absolutely perfect for all of our walking travels and right near the trams. There was amazing food and shopping at every corner. The airbnb itself was on a quiet street and the apartment was super accessible. It had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again! The only thing was in the summer it gets hot and there is no fan or air conditioning.

    We had a wonderful stay at Nicolas’ place! The location was perfect and for the affordable price, the amenities and size are amazing. We would 100% stay again and recommend to anyone! The only thing to keep in mind is there is no air conditioning so it will be very warm in the summer.

    Beautiful little apartment in the heart of Bordeaux. extremely close to everything you want. for others that drive. Paid underground parking very close by but gets a little expensive at around $28 Euros for 24hrs. Otherwise street parking is free from 7pm - 9am .

    Great little place for a short city break. Neat and tidy. Sofa bed was very comfortable. Perfect location, very close to some cute cafes and bars. Situated on a quiet side street. Clear instructions on how to find the keys although we did almost drop them down the drain! Our last night was a bit noisy due to some creaking and a buzzing fridge. Lights flicker a bit and a bit temperamental on the switch but no issues other than that. Thank you very much!

    Easy to get to via Tram, located right in the middle of everything in the city. The city has quite a bit to offer, and this property puts you within walking distance of it all. This was the perfect spot for my wife and me on our quick vacation to explore the Bordeaux region, starting here with wine and ending on the coast with oysters.

    Je recommande à 100 % ce logement, pour toute personne souhaitant séjourner à Bordeaux.

 L’appartement est fidèle aux photos, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Tout est bien aménagé et équipé. Si l’on souhaite passer une soirée tranquille à la maison, une télé et des jeux de société sont mis à disposition. 
L’entrée en autonomie est très pratique, surtout quand on n'est pas sûr de notre heure d’arrivée. Par ailleurs, les instructions pour trouver et entrer dans le logement sont très claires. L’appartement est très bien localisé et le quartier n’est pas bruyant. Il se situe à proximité du centre-ville et des activités culturelles, ce qui est pratique car nous pouvons tout faire à pied sans avoir à emprunter les transports en commun. 

Nicolas est un hôte, très serviable, réactif et prend soin de répondre à nos interrogations.

 Je n’ai rien à redire sur le logement et ne manquerais pas d’y séjourner à nouveau. 

Nous tenions à nouveau à remercier Nicolas pour son accueil.

    Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Stadtzentrum, alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Nur einige Schritte entfernt gibt es einen kleinen Supermarket und eine Bäckerei sowie mehrere Restaurant. Die Tramhaltestelle der Linie A liegt auch gleich um die Ecke. Nicolas war immer gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Ich würde die Wohnung wieder nehmen.

    Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Zentrum und die Stadt kann sehr gut zu Fuss erkundet werden. Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Ein kleiner Supermarket und Bäckerei sowie Restaurants liegen nur wenige Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Tramhaltestelle der Line A die auch direkt zum Flughafen fährt ist auch nicht weit entfernt. Würde die Wohnung wieder nehmen.

    Nicholas ' place is located nicely in the old town, within walking distance from tram, busses and local restaurants and sightseeing spots. Spacious and easy to use, well functioning apartment, on the ground floor meaning no need to carry luggage to upstairs. Almost no cars on this side street so peaceful place. Nicholas is easy to communicate and clear with instructions.

    We had a great stay at Nicolas apartment in Bordeaux. Apartment is located in the center of the old town, in the walking distance to all main attractions & good restaurants. Apartment is clean, has a comfortable bed, clean sheets, well equipped kitchen, and bathroom. Apartment is located on the first floor, without stairs, which is very convenient.     Great location and close to everything we wanted to do. The listing isn’t in accurate but does leave out some things. The apartment was on the ground floor, so we couldn’t leave the windows open when it got too stuffy and it did smell since it was in an alley. The bed was very hard, and the bathroom is tiny. Cleaning supplies were out and took up some space. The fridge had a bad smell we couldn’t get rid of. It was worth the price, but I would pay a little more next time.

    Au rez de chaussée, sur une rue étroite, le logement est bien plus sombre que sur les photos. Les fenêtres sur rue - sonore, mais peu passante - n'ont qu'un simple vitrage, pas de barreautage, et il semble préférable de fermer les volets intérieurs quand on s'absente. L'état de la rénovation, Les équipements - literie, petit et gros électroménagers - et la propreté, sont très satisfaisants. Une casserole supplémentaire et un théière seraient souhaitables.

    What a spectacular location. It’s a short walk from tons of restaurants, bars, shops and the beautiful river walk. But it’s still private and quiet. Just beware, there is no air conditioning to cool the apartment so it can be warm.

    The apartment is centrally located, within walking distance to many major attractions. There are tons of restaurants and bars near by. The apartment is small though, and its layout is not even comfortable for two people. Noises from people entering the building and from the apartment above could be an issue for light sleepers. The host is responsive and accommodating. However, extra check out requirements (such as taking out trash and unmaking sofa bed) are unreasonable, as these should already be included in the cleaning/service charges.

    We really enjoyed our stay at Nicolas’ place! The location is perfect! Just a step away from cafes and restaurants even one of the best kebab we had! The apartment is quite well equipped and it has a nice ambiance for us to chill and have nice dinners together. Even though we think it would be better if the apartment had an oven instead of dish washer. Note that the apartment is located on the ground floor, so sometimes we could hear people walking by or chatting in front of the apartment. Overall we had a great stay and we really recommend Nicolas’ place!

    A casa era bonita e funcional. Está muito bem localizada, a dois passos das ruas do centro e das praças, cheias de vida e restaurantes. A única coisa que não correu tão bem foi que não havia wifi (não estava a funcionar) e havia um cheiro a canos que de vez em quando se tornava muito intenso. De resto as camas eram confortáveis e a água quente funcionava bem.

    The place is as shown in the pictures and very well located, beds are comfortable. It was very cold but couldnt find any house manual with instructions but my husband ended up working out how to make the radiators work. The only thing that really annoyed me was that i felt ripped off with the cleaning fee. We were charged over 50 euros after a 2 days stay and were asked to not only remove all the sheets and leave them in the bathroom together with the used towels but to run a cycle of the dishwasher and EMPTY it! the place is tiny so more than half of the tasks were done by us. Our flight was very early in the morning, so i had to run the dishwasher in the evening while my 5 yo son was trying to sleep (in the same room where the dishwasher was), otherwise it wouldnt be possible to empty it before leaving. We live in london and do airbnb as well. we charge just a bit more as cleaning fee but we have a 3 storey house. We didnt fell that the cleaning fees were justified at all.

    Séjour impeccable, le quartier est idéal pour profiter du cœur de Bordeaux. L'arrivée et le départ se sont très bien passés grâce à l'organisation bien rodée de Nicolas.     Appartement très agréable, Petit bémol pour le grille pain qui ne marchait pas et 2 verres de vins fissurés, nous aurions aimé avoir quelques capsules pour le lave vaisselle car nous n'avions pas besoin d'en acheter pour quelques jours + pas de lessive pour la machine à laver, Nous avons envoyé un message à Nicolas en fin de séjour concernant cela, sans réponse.. Cependant appartement propre et calme malgré qu'il soit en centre ville, Bonne découverte !

    This apartment is in a fantastic and central part of Bordeaux. Truly an amazing spot to stay if you wish to engage with the city's atmosphere and be close to many of the important tourist attractions in the city. Nicolas is also a very responsive host. Overall my stay was good but I was rather unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment.

    L’appartement de Nicolas est très bien placé dans Bordeaux. Propre et conforme à la description. Nous avons passé un très bon week-end. A noter que l’insonorisation avec l’extérieur est mauvaise (par contre nous n’avons pas du tout entendu les voisins). Petit bémol : il nous a été demandé de vider les poubelles, mettre tout le linge de lit et de bain dans la salle de bain alors que le tarif comprenait 65€ de frais de ménage pour 2 nuits.

    L'appartamento di Nicolas è in pieno centro di Bordeaux ed è perfetto per una coppia con un bambino piccolo. Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti e, a parte l'inconveniente di trovare una sera acqua non calda, nel complesso siamo stati bene. Nicolas ci ha spiegato che in Francia quando finisce l'acqua calda occorre attendere il giorno dopo. La comunicazione con lui è stata eccellente, talmente eccellente che ha subito provveduto a rifornirci del detersivo per i piatti che era finito. Mancano alcuni piccoli accorgimenti per fare di questo posto "un super top" come almeno una bottiglia d'acqua all'arrivo, la tenda alla doccia e qualche attaccapanni. Consigliato

    Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento di Nicolas per tre notti ed eravamo 2 adulti ed un bambino. La casa si trova in pieno centro di Bordeaux ed è ben attrezzata. Nicolas è stato sempre presente e disponibile, tanto da rifornirci praticamente in tempo reale del detersivo per i piatti. Unico inconveniente che abbiamo avuto è stata l'assenza per una sera di acqua calda, ma Nicolas ci ha spiegato che in Francia c'è una quantità a disposizione e terminata occorre attendere il giorno successivo.
