  5. emplacement génial au centre ville. Appartement bien agencé. Nous étions 5 personnes à y séjourner. Seul défaut: pas d'aération dans la salle de bain. L'humidité de répond dans tout l'appartement, surtout la chambre à 2 lits.

  7. Bel appartement dans lequel nous avons passé un week-end en famille. Seul bémol : un peu sombre et peu de fenêtres. Aucun bruit et pourtant localisé en plein centre ville. Je recommande.

  9. Appartement trés bien situé ,propre mais sans fenêtre ! Un puit de lumière entre deux chambres et une fenêtre dans le living donnant sur une cour intérieure assez sale et chez les voisins ! Aucune envie d'y passer une soirée .

  10. Le deux Septembre jái reçu un message pour me dire qu´on ne peut pas me recevoir à l´appartement à l´heure prevue le lendaimain. On m´a dit une direction totalement differente à láppartement et très compliquée pour y arriver en plus dans un quartier dans les banlieux de Bordeaux. TOUTE UNE EXPERIENCE ¡ Il ný avait personne , tout avec des indications que nous devons faire Nous avons employé une heure pour y arriver La situation de l áppatement PAIRFAITE L´entreé en bas mauvaise et quand on fait le booking on devrait dire qu´il ný a pas d´ascenseur .Les murs de la chambre aux deux lits sont en train de se détacher. L ´APPARTEMENTENT en géneral bien mais il manquait des verres et plus de serviettes de toilette et papier.

  15. We stayed for 3 nights here, arriving on Friday night. Nicholas was very helpful on arrival and beforehand organised a taxi to pick us up directly from the airport and take us to the door. Nicholas had asked if I would like anything on arrival and I agreed that I would like a cheese platter and red wine as it was my dads birthday (for an extra fee of course) however the cheese platter was amazing along with a fresh baguette and a red wine! What a great arrival on a Friday evening! It was easy as well to get to a near by supermarket even though it was after 8pm. The apartment is well equipped for making meals. We enjoyed our stay here. The location is spot on, tourist office just up the road and plenty of attractions as well.

  17. The only reason I haven’t given this an excellent is the fact that the glass roof in the dining area cracks and groans as it expands and contracts! This apartment is in the most central area and it is really well appointed, immaculately clean and chic. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again even with the noisy roof! Just fabulous

  20. I stayed here with my partner, sister, niece and nephew. The apartment is well appointed and very nicely decorated. It was comfortable for five people and cool during a Bordeaux heat wave! Nicolas was a great host, very helpful and accommodating. The apartment is very central, only 5-15 minutes from many Bordeaux land marks and the main shopping area of Rue Sainte-Catherine. Highly recommended.

  22. A great little apartment in a very central location, a stone’s throw from the Grand Theatre. The downside is the plastic roof above the dining area which is very noisy when it rains, which it did when we were there. A welcome basket would have been nice too, especially arriving on a Sunday evening as we did.

  23. Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans cette appartement. Tout d'abord très beau, il était également très propre, bien agencé et bien équipé (ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas des appartements de location où il manque toujours certains éléments de cuisine). Il est aussi bien placé (juste à côté de l'opéra). En bref, nous y retournerons les yeux fermés lors de notre prochain week-end à Bordeaux.

  26. We highly recommend staying at this apartment in Bordeaux. We were met by a very helpful man called Francois who was always on hand to answer any questions throughout our stay. The apartment is in a beautiful building and the decor is very clean, bright and modern. They even had Netflix which suited my 3 children down to the ground when we were relaxing in the evening. The location was amazing. Extremely central. We will definitely come again.

  28. Bel appartement bien situé et au calme qui permet de bien profiter du centre de Bordeaux. Très bien décoré et chaleureux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir mais il manque juste qq produits de bienvenue ( peu de produits de douche et la vaisselle par exemple, pas une seule pastille pour le lave vaisselle etc...)

  29. Dommage que le service de conciergerie ne soit pas à la hauteur. Le logement est très bien et très bien situé. Pour le service de conciergerie, nous n’avons pu disposer des linges de maison que vers 19h30 après plusieurs relance. la moindre des choses aurait été d’apporter le lendemain, un petit quelquechose pour s’excuser ...

  33. The apartment is very clean and confortable with an well equiped kitchen. The bathroom is big ad the shower very good! It is the perfect place to be when visiting Bordeaux for a weekend, because it is really in the center. IfI had to say somenting, is only good to have in mind that, as it is an apartment for 5, it is better if the people who are going are close to each other (same family or group of close friends), because the doors (bedroom and bathroom) are made of glass, it is not a clear glass, but you can see the shadows. I would stay there again!

  38. l'Appartement Esprit Bordelais se trouve entre les quais de la Garonne et la place du Grand Théatre. C'est una location excellente pour visiter la ville de Bordeaux. Les chambres sont propres, les lits parfaits. La cuisine est comfortable. Il nous manqueait de rien. Seulement il manque un peu la bonne lumière du jour ainsi qu'on ne sait pas comment est le temps dehors. Mais comme nous avons eu toujours du beau temps il n'y avait aucun problème. Je regrette de ne pas avoir eu contact avec le host, ni par email, ni par téléphone au moment de notre séjour.

  55. L'appartement est idéalement située entre la place de la Bourse et l'opéra de Bordeaux. Les équipements sont tout à fait satisfaisants. Le seul bémol, l'absence de luminosité dans l'appartement puisqu'il existe seulement deux fenêtres donnant sur un puit de lumière (patio intérieur) ...peu gênant pour un court séjour cependant.

The best qualities of the apartment are the position in the city and the cosiness of the place itself: the location is very central in Bordeaux so you can go walking anywhere and the apartment is very nice, you really notice how much attention is put in the details The host responsiveness during stay was not good and the cleaning could be better. The house just has 2 windows in the living room and none in the bedrooms
