   My family and I had the pleasure of staying in Bordeaux. We stayed at Nicolas’ apartment. The apartment is spacious, bright, well stocked and conveniently located. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Tall ceilings and a fully stocked kitchen. Highly recommended

   I recently stayed at Nicolas flat in Bordeaux. The flat was large and roomy and was clean. The flat is filled with odd light bulbs that when switched on gave a different lighting affect. The flat is well stocked with cooking pans and plates which are all clean and well kept, the beds are comfortable and big, there are a few games too and a dart board, which one can play and an exercise bike. The flat is air conditioned but it could do with better cooling blowers. I think they would struggle to cool the flat down when temperatures rise above 30c as they was just about coping with 27c. The nearest tram and supermarket are 6 mins walk away. From the airport, take the tram A to Porte de Bourgogne, change to tram D, and go to Croix de Seguey, a short walk to the flat. People have stated that the area around looked rough, I do no agree, they have an opinion of course. I really enjoyed my stay at the flat, for the price and location it ticked all the boxes for me, not forgetting the friendly welcome when we arrived.

   The apartment was really nice and in excellent condition. It is located near the city centre but the area Is very quiet. The decoration is impressive and shows very good taste. The space in gneral Is bery pleasant. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

   Nice, clean apartment in a beautiful, quiet neighbourhood with a 10 minute walk to the tram network, restaurants etc. We were there as a family of four with 10 and 14 year old children for 3 nights. Clear and prompt communications around check in and check out.

   Hemos pasado mi familia y yo ( 4 adultos) unos días estupendos en Burdeos. La ciudad es preciosa y poder descansar en este apartamento, un acierto. Es tal cual ves en las fotos, cómodo, amplio, bonito, de fácil llegada y check- in. Nicolas ha sido un gran anfitrión. El apartamento tiene bastante menaje y unas camas cómodas. Está cerca de todo, andando a poco más de 10 minutos del casco histórico. Tiene comercios cercanos y la zona es muy tranquila y segura.

    Beautiful flat in a very quiet neighborhood. Perfect for people who like the peace of normal french life and not the touristy center. If you like to be in the center, this is not for you though.
