   We had a wonderful time at Les Folies de Chauvin, it is in a great location and nearby sites and restaurants. The pictures don't do the apartment justice - it's absolutely beautiful and so spacious. Great for a group of 6 people. The hosts were excellent to communicate upon arrival and ahead of departure - would highly recommend!

   Family vacation in Bordeaux, we booked Les Folies de Chauvin for three nights. It was the perfect location to visit the town. The apartment looks recently renewed it had a modern kitchen and three toilets, fully equipped and all the charm of the Haussmann style, very high ceilings, fireplaces and moundings.

   Les Folies de Chauvin is a lovely spacious apartment which is very well equipped and tastefully furnished. We were two couples who had four nights in Bordeaux and had planned to go out for dinner each night and explore different areas of the city. However, the apartment was so nice we ended up staying in and having dinner in the apartment on two of those nights. The apartment is in a superb location only a few minutes walk to the lovely area of Chartrons and the same to the lovely riverfront and only 10 minutes to all the main shopping area and city highlights! There were a couple of occasions when we needed to contact the concierge and their response was both immediate and extremely helpful. If we return to Bordeaux we wouldn't think of staying anywhere else!

    Beautiful apartment overlooking Place de Quinconces. The accommodation was ideal for our party of 5 adults. Large airy rooms and comfortably furnished. The road and trams are a bit noisy at night but it was not so hot that we could have the windows shut and the fans on. I’m not sure how it would be at the height of summer. A short walk across the square and you are at the river with glorious buildings as far as you can see. Restaurants, museums and shops close by. Bordeaux is a beautiful city and every turn leaves you gasping at architecture. We would definitely recommend staying at Folies de Chauvin 2. You could not ask for more!

    Magnifique appartement avec de grands espaces, parfait pour un groupe d'amis. Très pratique et agréable que chaque chambre ait sa propre salle de bains. Des colonnes ventilateur sont à disposition dans les chambres, ce qui a été très apprécié en temps de canicule. Emplacement idéal au centre de Bordeaux. On y retourne sans hésiter !

    La casa es fenomenal, cómoda, amplia, bien situada y muy bonita, pero hay pequeños detalles fáciles de solventar que no se entienden: Faltan picaportes en las puertas, o no están completos, o no cierran bien. La televisión del salón no fuimos capaces de hacerla funcionar (las de las dos habitaciones que tienen tele, sin problema). El wifi no es todo lo rápido deseable.. La limpieza es mejorable, sobre todo en utensilios de cocina. Todo esto no le quita valor a la casa, como digo fué una estancia muy agradable, pero solucionando estos pequeños detalles, sería de 5 estrellas. En cualquier caso, repetiremos...

    This place is easily the best value of all the places I’ve stayed. The living spaces are huge, the bathrooms spacious and clean. One even has a walk in shower. Easy walking distance to many good restaurants and sights. I’d recommend to anyone thinking of staying in Bordeaux.

    Fabulous, glamorous apartment in Bordeaux, over looking Place des Quincones. Excellent access to everything by foot, tram or bateau. Large living area, separate dining room and three bedrooms with ensuite which would accommodate 6 adults comfortably. Added bonus of laundry and a lift.

    The apartment was incredibly spacious and beautiful. Each bedroom was en suite, with a separate laundry room and powder room. It has a large family friendly kitchen, and was very convenient to getting around the city, being somewhat adjacent to the tram station. It was also a short couple of minutes walk to the city center. The one downside being the lack of air conditioning on warm days (one bedroom had a portable unit), but we knew that fact before booking so it was not a big deal. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

    So far, this has been the highlight of our accommodations in the area. Spacious, comfortable, wonderful communication and helpfulness, central location. I would highly recommend to anyone seeking 3-bedroom, 3 bath, lovely living/ sitting room, dining area and kitchen and washer and dryer easy to use. Definitely recommend this property!
